Julia G. Wellness provides health coaching and Pilates-based movement shaped by The AGECRAFT Practice. This work approaches aging as initiation and evolution, and identity as motion. It blends evidence-based behavioral change practices with ritual, symbolism, and sharp cultural insight that centers on bodies that refuse to disappear—across genders and identities. This practice invites clients to craft lives that can hold what emerges, especially in the liminal space of aging and identity.
your body is your partner
Here, care begins with the understanding that aging is not a failure of discipline or willpower. It’s a physiological, psychological, and relational transition.
I work with people navigating injury, neurological conditions, health changes, identity transitions, and moments where what used to work no longer does. We focus on regulation, capacity, and adaptation, so your body becomes a partner in change—not something to discipline, override, or force into submission.
Culture often sends a quiet but persistent message to people who are aging women, queer, gender-expansive, or who don’t fit neatly into prescribed categories: soften, shrink, step aside.
This work rejects that narrative.
Here, care is the practice of standing in your own visibility, meeting change directly, with compassion and curiosity.
